About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in UI/UX design, data modeling, and business analysis, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. This role requires someone who can work independently as well as collaboratively across cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to design and optimize business systems and user experiences.
Conduct business and data analysis to support system development and enhancements.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support product backlog refinement with the team.
Engage with diverse business units and user groups to gather requirements and capture pain points.
Create data models, process flows, and functional documentation.




Ensure solutions align with business goals, compliance standards, and technical best practices.

Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate with design teams.
Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid analytical skills with expertise in data modeling and business process improvement.
Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team setting.
Experience working with government or public sector organizations is considered an asset.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
