Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Restaurant Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role requires solid communication skills, efficiency in food and beverage service, and a passion for hospitality. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided to the right candidate. The Restaurant Server plays a vital role in delivering memorable dining experiences and supporting overall restaurant operations.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout service
Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction




Follow all health regulations related to food handling and sanitation protocols

Skills
Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
Robust customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred; restaurant experience is a plus
Basic math skills for cashiering and bill calculations
Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members
Ability to upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience
Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is beneficial but not required
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism
