Responsibilities
Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage incoming phone calls, answer inquiries, and relay messages efficiently.
Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization to ensure a professional appearance.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments or coordinating visitor sign-ins.
Support event setup or logistical needs during weekend activities or meetings.
Monitor security protocols by overseeing access points and reporting any irregularities.




Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Skills
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to remain calm and skilled in fast-paced situations.
Basic proficiency in office software such as MS Office or similar programs.
Reliable attendance and punctuality during weekend shifts.
Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is a plus but not required.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
