We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Travel Product & Compliance Manager, designated as the TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) Designated Manager, to oversee and ensure the integrity of our travel offerings and compliance standards. Basic Requirements
Hold a valid TICO Certification
Possess 3+ years of relevant experience in the travel industry, with the ability to provide employment verification
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Key Responsibilities
Assist in completing the TICO registration application and related compliance tasks
Oversee daily travel agency operations, ensuring business activities comply with TICO regulations and relevant Ontario travel industry laws
Design and arrange travel products and group tours, including itinerary planning, as well as communication and coordination with local operators and vendors
