What You’ll Do:

Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features to ensure customer confidence.
Negotiate sales agreements and finalize transactions while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
Stay up to date with the latest automotive trends, models, and industry insights.
Work closely with the sales management team to develop sales strategies and meet dealership goals.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Participate in dealership events and promotions to attract current buyers.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in outside sales or within a dealership setting.
Automotive sales experience is a must.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Bilingual proficiency in Punjabi, Hindi, Tagalog, Mandarin, or Cantonese is a plus!
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
Robust math skills to assist with transactions and financing options.
The ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
A genuine passion for automobiles and staying up to date on industry trends.
