Join our energetic team as a Counter and Cash Associate, where you'll be the friendly face that enhances the customer experience through efficient food service and seamless cash handling. Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with food ordering, preparation, and serving to ensure a positive dining experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing transactions and handling cash, credit, or digital payments
Manage cash register operations with precision, including cash handling, balancing registers, and issuing receipts
Prepare simple food items following safety and sanitation standards, including basic food preparation tasks
Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries,



resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer needs are met efficiently

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology for quick transaction processing
Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate change and register balancing
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude that promotes customer satisfaction
Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in upselling menu items or promoting specials is a plus

Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
