Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting construction projects by performing a variety of manual tasks with precision and enthusiasm. Duties
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up work areas, and organizing materials
Perform general construction tasks such as supporting pipe crews and running small equipment
Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision to support various project needs
Carry out material deliveries within the site and ensure proper storage and handling
Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance with specific tasks as directed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and disposing of waste properly
Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition





Requirements
Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn recent skills
Basic understanding of construction or manual labour practices is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively within a team
Valuable communication skills and attention to detail for safety compliance and quality assurance
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is required
Prior experience in construction or related fields is an asset

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
