Green Theory Design is a manufacturer of metal planters and site furnishings for urban environments. We are looking for a Grinder/Prepper to join our Tillsonburg team. The ideal candidate will have experience with grinding and polishing metal and other materials, as well as experience with using various grinding tools and machines. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a quick-paced and growing team with options for advancement.

DUTIES:
Grinding welds and blending out scratches prior to powder coating
Lift and stage products on the powder coating racks
Removing product from racks and delivering to shipping
Keeping a clean and safe work environment
Other misc. duties which could include assisting other departments as needed

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Experience using grinders and other shop tools
Experience with powder coating an asset
Team player who enjoys fun and fast paced environments

This is a full time afternoon shift position (2:00 pm-12:30pm Mon- Thurs)
