Trailer and truck Repair Mechanic Needed

We are looking for an experienced Trailer and truck Repair Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience repairing and maintaining commercial trailers and be comfortable working on mechanical, electrical, and air brake systems.

Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial trailers
Repair and replace air brake systems and brake components
Replace and repair air bags and suspension components
Replace wheel seals, bearings, and related components
Perform brake repairs and brake adjustments
Troubleshoot and repair trailer electrical systems, wiring, lights, and connectors
Perform oil changes and routine trailer maintenance
Inspect and maintain air lines, valves, fittings, and suspension systems
Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
Diagnose and repair trailer-related mechanical and electrical problems
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance
Safely use hand tools, power tools,



and shop equipment
Keep the work area clean, organized, and protected

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Trailer Mechanic, Heavy-Duty Mechanic, or similar role
Robust knowledge of trailer brakes, air systems, suspension, and electrical systems
Experience replacing brakes, air bags, wheel seals, and other trailer components
Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems and read basic wiring diagrams
Experience with preventative maintenance and inspections
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Robust attention to detail and commitment to safety

Pay: From $24.89 per hour
