We're looking for reliable, safety-minded Warehouse Assistants/Lumpers to join our client's night warehouse operations in Brampton. This is a hands-on role in a rapid-paced distribution environment where accuracy, ownership, and teamwork matter.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7pm to 3am or 8pm to 4am
Salary: $21.63/hr
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Case and pallet picking and staging outbound orders accurately, within established timelines, ahead of drivers' morning arrival
Receiving, checking in, and putting away inbound stock
Ensuring accuracy and proper securement
Contributing to general warehouse cleanliness and organization
Supporting the team with additional tasks as operations require
Experience and certification in Walkie and/or Raymond Reach is an asset
Minimum Qualifications:
Availability to work Monday-Friday overnight
Lifting to 35Ibs repetitively and comfortable on your feet for the duration of a shift, minus breaks
1+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience
Solid attention to detail, accuracy and safety
Reliable, punctual, and self-directed when needed
Fluent in English and have strong teamwork skills
Secondary School education (preferred)
A transparent criminal background check will be required
