Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Packaging Operations Coordinator to support daily packaging activities within a food production environment. This role will coordinate packaging schedules, materials, equipment, and production teams to help ensure products are packaged efficiently, accurately, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily packaging schedules and communicate priorities with production teams.
Monitor packaging materials, labels, containers, and supplies to ensure availability.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
Monitor packaging lines and report equipment, material, or workflow concerns.
Maintain accurate packaging records, production reports, inventory information, and documentation.
Assist with quality checks to ensure packaging, labeling, and finished products meet established standards.




Identify opportunities to improve packaging efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain smooth production flow.

Qualification
2+ years of experience in food production, packaging, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Positive understanding of production and packaging processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail, particularly with labels, quantities, and production records.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and production or inventory systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

Pay: $54,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
