Skilled Renovation Tradesperson
We’re looking for a reliable, experienced renovation tradesperson to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across a variety of residential or light commercial projects and takes pride in quality workmanship.
You’ll be involved in multiple stages of the renovation process, working alongside a team to deliver clean, efficient, and skilled results.
Required Experience:
Candidates should have solid, hands-on experience in several of the following:
Framing and finishing carpentry
Exterior Siding (vinyl, Hardie)
Landscaping
Insulation installation
Drywall installation
Mudding and taping
Hard flooring installation (laminate, vinyl,
hardwood)
Deck and fence construction
Skid-Steer operation
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality
Organized, dependable, and safety-conscious
Nice to have:
Aerial platform (lift) certification
First Aid certification
Broad renovation experience across multiple project types
