Front Desk Receptionist – Nail Salon

Tram Nail Studio is looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Toronto.

Must be able to speak and communicate effectively in both English and Vietnamese. Solid communication skills in both languages are required for this position.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a busy salon environment, providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, and supporting the daily operations of the salon.

Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service
Answer phone calls, text messages, and client inquiries
Book, confirm, and manage appointments
Check clients in and out
Process payments and handle cash, debit, and credit transactions
Coordinate appointments and communicate with nail technicians
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Respond to customer questions and resolve basic concerns professionally




Monitor the appointment schedule and help keep services running on time
Assist with general salon duties as needed
Promote salon services and products when appropriate

Requirements
Must be fluent in both English and Vietnamese
Previous customer service, receptionist, or salon experience is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, skilled, and welcoming personality
Robust organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable using a computer, phone, and booking/POS systems
Reliable and punctual
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a nail salon or beauty industry is an asset
