At Apex Kosher Catering, we specialize in elevated kosher catering across corporate events, private functions, weddings, and large-scale celebrations. Our work is detail-driven, fast-paced, and built on a standard of execution that goes beyond just food.

We’re looking for an Event Coordinator who takes ownership, keeps things moving, and takes pride in how every detail comes together.
This role is for someone who:

Communicates confidently with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Stays calm and solutions-focused when priorities shift
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing events from initial inquiry through execution
Coordinating logistics across clients, vendors, and internal teams
Overseeing on-site event flow and the overall guest experience
Supporting sales efforts and helping convert inquiries into booked events
Ensuring event details, timelines, and requirements are communicated and executed accurately
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in events, catering, hospitality, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
Knowledge of kosher catering is considered an asset
Work Workplace & Schedule
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Evening availability may be required during periods of high event volume.
Additional weekend availability may also be required depending on the event schedule and business needs.
