A food manufacturing company in London, Ontario is looking for a reliable and hardworking Shop / Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This is a great chance for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is comfortable using tools, and takes pride in keeping a facility clean, secure, and well-maintained.

Location: London, ON
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities
Perform general building maintenance and cleanup
Assist with repairs, servicing, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
Safely use hand tools and power tools
Break down and dismantle skids as required
Remove garbage and maintain clean work areas
Perform general shop and facility cleanup
Complete painting and basic maintenance tasks
Assist the maintenance team with other duties as required
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Qualifications
Previous experience in maintenance,



construction, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on environment is an asset
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Solid mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Positive physical condition and comfortable with hands-on work
Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team
