This permanent, full time role involves daily supervision of the Operations Division. You will oversee maintenance of roads, storm sewers, sidewalks, and parks, while promoting teamwork and coordinating activities. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise operations team for effective infrastructure maintenance
Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act
Assist in budget management and capital planning




Develop RFP/RFQs and assist in procurement processes
Respond to emergency situations and support municipal operations
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in a relevant field
Minimum four years of operational experience, two in supervision
Robust leadership and analytical skills
Class “G” Driver’s License required
