End & Coal Harbour Community Centres are looking for a proactive Behaviour Support Leader for their Summer Day Camp. This role focuses on providing effective behavior support and creating a protected, engaging space for children. You will collaborate with a team to implement and adapt plans while training others in behavior management. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead Day Camp activities
Implement individualized behavior support plans
Train staff and family members in effective techniques
Foster a positive and educational camp atmosphere
Coordinate with Recreation staff for program success Requirements:
Experience in day camps, especially with neurodiverse children
Robust leadership abilities
Current First Aid/CPR certification
Successful Police Records clearance
