This position requires robust leadership in managing community consultations and fostering team-oriented relationships while overseeing community investment programs.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead MBO’s information and consultation programs • Facilitate discussions with Indigenous land users • Track and resolve community concerns effectively • Prepare engagement reports and dashboards • Develop cultural awareness training initiatives
Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or equivalent • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience • Proven ability to engage with Indigenous communities • Familiarity with the mining sector's legal obligations • Must hold a valid driver’s license for required travel
