Use your experience in loan processing and loan administration to ensure the accuracy, compliance and effectiveness of FCC’s lending process. You’ll play a key role in turning complex information into accurate and reliable administrative actions that maintain loan integrity and ensure an optimal customer experience. As a Loan Fulfillment Technician, you’ll contribute directly to an optimized lending process through various processing activities.
Your ability to apply judgment, analyze situations and determine the proper steps – even when applications don’t fall within standard procedure – will help ensure that loan administration is complete, rigorous and compliant. If you have strong attention to detail, are solutions-focused and motivated by bringing precision,
clarity and structure to complex processes while working closely with teams in multiple locations, this role is for you. What you’ll do
Execute a variety of loan processing activities, including security amendments, loan documentation, searches and disbursements Use lending systems (JET, CML, CMS and related tools) to maintain the integrity of customer and loan data Apply policies, procedures and sound judgment to accurately complete loan administration activities and resolve exceptions
Review requests for compliance with lending policies and procedures, and applicable legislative requirements Monitor and manage an individual worklist to meet service, quality and timeliness standards while supporting team workflow priorities Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Support internal partners by responding to inquiries, providing guidance on policies and procedures What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications: A bachelor’s degree or certification in administration, business or a related field Preferred qualifications
Working knowledge of loan management systems and applications Two years of experience related to lending, mortgages, banking services, credit products, or in the legal field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Bilingualism (English and French)
