The Manager plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care through effective risk management and patient engagement. Collaboration with clinical leaders, staff, and community partners is essential for promoting safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee quality, patient safety, and risk management initiatives
• Facilitate infection prevention and accreditation activities
• Lead performance monitoring and education efforts
• Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement
• Manage patient and family feedback engagement
Requirements:
• Registered healthcare professional with degree
• 5 years' experience in healthcare quality or risk management
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Excellent communication ability across diverse audiences
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
