The successful candidate will engage directly with cross-disciplinary teams and serve as a resource for regulatory matters impacting electricity and gas markets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal support on AUC-related issues
• Analyze legal matters and prepare memos/opinions




• Advise on correspondence and Commission findings
• Represent AUC at the Alberta Court of Appeal
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cases

Requirements:
• LL.B. and four years of relevant experience
• Member of Law Society of Alberta
• Litigation experience is a strong asset
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Strong organization and communication abilities
