This permanent, full-time role is critical to YVR's Finance Department, reporting to the VP of Finance and CFO. You will lead an FP&A; team, advising senior leadership and aligning financial goals with business priorities. Your expertise in financial models and analytics will support data-driven decisions while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the FP&A; team for high performance
• Advise senior leaders with actionable insights for decisions
• Align financial strategies with organizational goals
• Oversee annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
• Develop financial models for scenario analysis

Requirements:
• 10 years in FP&A; or corporate finance
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
• CPA designation required
• Experience with IFRS and ASPE
• Solid understanding of airport business models
