You will also champion equity and inclusion in your approach to education.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on divisional leadership and strategic planning
• Manage faculty hiring, development, and performance reviews
• Address conflicts and improve team dynamics effectively




• Lead development and quality assurance of academic programs
• Oversee Schools' operating budgets and fiscal accountability

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum nine years of experience in skilled trades or educational leadership
• Strong teaching and curriculum development expertise
• Leadership experience in budget management and policy administration
• Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and Indigenization
