Egis is expanding and seeking a seasoned Director for its Change & Claims Management team. This senior commercial leadership role requires expertise in change management, risk assessment, and claims negotiation within a Joint Venture environment. You will collaborate closely with project leadership to ensure commercial risks are mitigated and contractual rights are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement change management frameworks
• Manage claims strategies and preserve entitlement
• Oversee project change registers and reporting tools




• Collaborate with teams on schedule and cost evaluations
• Provide leadership in dispute resolution strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 15 years in commercial management
• Proven experience in claims and contractual negotiations
• Familiarity with Joint Venture project frameworks
• Skilled designations like P.Eng. or PMP are assets
