Join Canon Medical Systems Canada, a leader in diagnostic imaging, as a Legal Counsel. You will be a vital part of the Legal Team, reporting to the General Counsel. Your responsibilities will cover contract drafting, compliance oversight, and collaboration on procurement and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and draft corporate/commercial agreements
• Support RFP procurement and compliance initiatives
• Advise on regulatory and risk management matters
• Monitor and communicate legislative updates
• Develop compliance programs and policies

Requirements:
• LL.B. or J.D. with Law Society membership
• Minimum 5 years in corporate and commercial law
• Solid skills in contract negotiation and drafting
• Experience in healthcare and privacy law preferred
• French language skills are an asset
