Circle of Care is seeking a Director of Quality, Risk and Performance to lead a robust quality and risk program across the organization. The role focuses on patient safety, continuous improvement, and leveraging data to drive decision-making.
The position is full time, hybrid with on-site leadership at head office in Toronto, Ontario. Reports to the Vice President of Quality, Strategic Partnerships and Communications and oversees accreditation processes and external reviews.
