BDO Canada LLP is seeking a dynamic Manager with 5–8 years of experience to support valuation services across multiple sectors. As part of the Valuations & Modelling team, you will engage with clients, mentor junior members, and handle complex valuation mandates. Your role will significantly contribute to high-quality deliverables aligned with industry standards and enhance the team's team-oriented spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage business valuation engagements for compliance and advisory
• Conduct financial analysis and valuation modelling for complex cases
• Prepare valuation reports and presentations per regulatory standards
• Mentor junior analysts and support their professional growth
• Engage directly with clients to communicate findings
Requirements:
• 5–8 years in valuation advisory or financial modelling
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies
• CBV designation or in progress, CPA or CFA is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to manage multiple engagements
