You will play a pivotal role in addressing complex mandates, advising clients from project development through financing, and interacting with various stakeholders. This position involves sophisticated financing structures and requires strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on P3 and infrastructure project transactions
• Draft and negotiate financing and project-related agreements
• Manage client interactions throughout project lifecycles
• Engage in complex commercial arrangements
• Collaborate across practice groups on multi-jurisdictional transactions
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience
• Expertise in project finance and P3 transactions
• Strong communication and client-management skills
