Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to create a positive first impression.
Take accurate orders from guests, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are noted and communicated clearly.
Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining presentation standards and timely delivery.
Use POS systems, such as Micros POS, to process orders and payments accurately while handling cash or card transactions responsibly.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including table setup, clearing dishes, and food handling safety.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.

Skills
Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order entry and cashiering tasks.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately.
Ability to work well under pressure in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
