What You’ll Do
Provide guidance and escalation support to technicians
Deliver onsite and remote IT support
Lead IT projects (server installs, migrations, network upgrades)
Troubleshoot complex server and network issues
Maintain Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange)
Work with firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and wireless networks
Maintain documentation (tickets, KBs, network diagrams)
Communicate directly with clients

What You Bring
4+ years of hands‑on IT support experience
Solid Microsoft setting experience
Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
Server setup and backup systems experience
Project management and follow‑through
Solid communication skills

Nice to Have
Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA certifications
Leadership experience
MSP experience
Structured cabling experience

Compensation & Travel
From $70,000 per year – Variable compensation based on experience, performance, and overall contribution to the team and business outcomes
