Reporting to the President & CEO, you’ll assist in overseeing board activities, ensuring legal compliance, and managing risk assessments. Your role as a governance advisor is instrumental in shaping policy frameworks that align with best practices.
You'll play a key role in fostering an inclusive workplace and supporting organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate the development of Board meeting materials
Maintain an up-to-date governance policy inventory
Support organizational compliance with governance standards
Administer Board document execution
Coordinate annual General Meetings
Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience in governance roles
Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
