As a Senior Maximo Technical Specialist, you’ll report to the Manager of Application Portfolios and play a critical role in delivering end-to-end IT services. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business needs, developing effective systems, and collaborating with teams to enhance Maximo capabilities. Additionally, you'll provide technical support and lead junior developers, ensuring best practices across the board.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review business requirements and create detailed analysis
• Design subsystems within the Enterprise Asset Management framework




• Provide front-line technical support for operational issues
• Conduct system upgrades and provide training to stakeholders
• Participate in strategic design discussions for applications

Requirements:
• College diploma or degree in relevant field required
• Several years’ experience with Maximo 7.6 or higher
• Expertise in SQL, Crystal Reports, and PowerBI preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Leadership experience in a diverse work environment
