Responsibilities
Advanced diagnostics and complex repairs across engines, drivetrains, braking, and auxiliary systems on a diverse heavy-duty fleet
Scheduled preventative maintenance and safety inspections to OEM standards
Managing audit-ready work orders,
parts verification, and warranty documentation
Mentoring apprentices and junior technicians
Qualifications
CVIP licence in Manitoba (ability to sign commercial vehicle safeties — non-negotiable)
Red Seal Transport Truck Technician certification or equivalent inter-provincial certification
Valid Driver's Licence with Air Brake certification
3-7 years of in-shop heavy-duty truck maintenance experience preferred
JPRO diagnostic software experience a bonus
