As the Maintenance Leader, you will prepare and guide maintenance across all plant departments. This role requires robust planning skills, knowledge of mechanical systems, and the ability to optimize productivity while maintaining safety. You’ll ensure effective coordination between operations and maintenance, oversee work schedules, and build relationships with contractors and vendors.
