As a Permanent Senior Project Manager, you will independently manage complex projects worth up to $150 million, overseeing every phase from design to mass production. Your role will involve extensive collaboration with R&D;, Quality, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to meet objectives in Quality, Cost, Delivery, Function, and Scope.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of project planning and execution
• Align stakeholders for effective cross-functional collaboration
• Support readiness reviews and resolve production issues




• Lead change management and risk control initiatives
• Track and report project milestones to senior leadership

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering with finance knowledge
• Minimum seven years in engineering or production
• Five years project management experience required
• Project Management certification preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and Project tools
