We are currently recruiting for a Private Equity Senior Fund Accounting Manager to join a leading global financial services organisation in Toronto.
This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for fund accounting delivery, client relationships and team management across a portfolio of alternative investment funds.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop fund accounting teams, ensuring accurate and timely NAV delivery.
Oversee NAV reviews, valuations, reconciliations and financial reporting.
Manage key client relationships, queries and escalations.
Maintain robust operational controls and drive process improvements.
Support new fund launches, onboarding and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Strong fund accounting experience within fund administration or asset management.
Previous Manager/Senior Manager-level experience with responsibility for teams and clients.
Strong technical knowledge of NAV calculation and fund accounting.
Experience across alternative investment funds, ideally hedge funds and/or private markets.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
