Immigration & Refugee Lawyer - IRB Hearings, PRRA and Federal Court (Contractual Basis, Per-File)
F1 Immigration Inc., a regulated immigration consulting firm with offices in Mississauga and Vancouver, is seeking an Ontario-licensed lawyer on a contractual basis to act as independent counsel on our refugee, PRRA and Federal Court matters.

What the work looks like:

Refugee Protection Division hearings at the IRB - preparing claimants, drafting written submissions and appearing as counsel

Pre-Removal Risk Assessment files - reviewing the record, identifying new evidence and drafting submissions to IRCC

Federal Court - applications for leave and judicial review, stay motions and mandamus as they arise

Our team handles intake, evidence gathering, translations and document assembly; you focus on advocacy, drafting and appearances
