• Generate business opportunities through client engagement
• Analyze inquiry packages to meet client needs
• Prepare and review technical tenders and documentation




• Present innovative design concepts to clients
• Negotiate technical and commercial issues across diverse audiences

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related
• Minimum 5 years of relevant ground engineering experience
• Proven success in proposal preparation
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Teamwork and collaboration abilities
