Slalom is seeking a Salesforce Solution Owner to lead significant technical projects for diverse clients. In this role, you will act as Scrum Master, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive successful product outcomes by working closely with Product Owners. Your expertise in Agile software delivery will help ensure streamlined operations and valuable results for each project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Salesforce technical projects through SDLC and agile processes
• Act as Scrum Master and Agile Coach for project teams
• Define and validate technical approaches with engineering
• Facilitate meetings and report project statuses to management
• Identify risks and create mitigation plans for project challenges
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience
• 8+ years in Agile software delivery, preferably with Salesforce
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
• Experience leading remote teams across industries
• Salesforce Certified Admin or relevant certifications preferred
