We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join a team building highly scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for a core banking platform .

Requirements
5+ years of Software Development experience
RabbitMQ or similar Message Brokers
Strong System Design & Technical Design experience
Nice to Have
Experience with performance, scalability & reliability
What You'll Do
Design and develop scalable backend services
Build distributed microservices for high-volume financial transactions
Design and implement REST APIs
Participate in system architecture and technical design
Own features end-to-end from design through production
Optimize application performance and reliability
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
Important: This is a 5-days onsite role in Toronto .
