Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regulatory compliance checks and audits on site
• Manage and support QA/QC team for project lifecycle
• Conduct root cause analysis and document findings
• Mentor junior engineers and assist in technical training




• Maintain safety leadership and enforce safe work practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or related Engineering field
• Eligibility for APEGS registration as P.Eng or EIT
• Previous experience in potash mine setting as asset
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
