You will advise clients on AI adoption strategies, leading platform governance, and engaging at the VP and C-suite levels. Effective communication and a technology foundation will be crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on AI adoption strategy and SDLC operating model
• Scale delivery from isolated AI experimentation to productivity-driven outcomes
• Own shared AI infrastructure and governance standards




• Track delivery health, risks, and dependencies proactively
• Develop executive relationships and expand EPAM's footprint

Requirements:
• Proven track record in AI delivery leadership
• Experience at C-suite communication and advisory roles
• Consulting experience with systems integrators or Tier 1 firms
• Strong engineering or computer science background
• Based in the Greater Toronto Area, on-site four days a week
