Key Responsibilities:
• Provide independent patient care in the ICU
• Monitor patient vitals and communicate updates
• Identify changes in medical conditions promptly
• Coordinate discharge planning and referrals
• Delegate patient care tasks to healthcare team members

Requirements:
• Active RN license in Florida
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• 1-year experience in an Acute Care ICU
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• High emotional intelligence for patient interaction
