In this hands-on role at our organization, you will report directly to the VP of Asset Management. Your experience will help maximize net operating income and enhance the value of our residential portfolio. Key responsibilities will include monitoring financial performance, developing asset-level plans, and collaborating with property management teams to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor financial performance of multi-residential assets
• Prepare and review operating and capital budgets
• Develop asset-level business plans and strategies
• Partner with property management for operational support
• Conduct site visits and operational assessments
Requirements:
• 5+ years in a financial capacity
• University degree in Finance, Business, or related fields
• Experience in multi-residential or commercial real estate
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with Yardi
