The Training Manager reports to the Director of Training & Staffing, leading the execution and coordination of training delivery activities within Clean Harbors’ Training Academies. Responsibilities include standardizing delivery of onboarding, safety, and compliance training while overseeing instructor performance and learner experience. This role requires close collaboration with Operations, HSE, and Leadership to guarantee alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operations of Training Academies throughout Canada
• Ensure consistent training program execution across locations




• Monitor academy performance metrics for continuous improvement
• Oversee onboarding and regulatory training delivery
• Facilitate instructor development and performance assessments

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields preferred
• 5+ years of leadership experience in training or operations
• Background in multi-site operational management
• Knowledge of adult learning and workforce development
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
