Key Responsibilities:
• Support the IT resource group and Digital practice
• Provide solution-oriented legal advice on technology matters
• Draft and negotiate software licensing and services agreements




• Advise on emerging technology risks, including AI tools
• Research and prepare briefs on legal compliance issues

Requirements:
• Minimum four years post-call legal experience
• Active Law Society of Alberta membership
• Extensive drafting and negotiation experience
• Background in intellectual property and privacy
• Strong business judgment to offer practical advice
