As Head of International Capital Markets, you will report directly to the Chief Corporate Development and Strategy Officer. Your focus will be on developing relationships with sovereign wealth funds, pension plans, and other investors, while managing RNA's fundraising strategies. This includes overseeing due diligence processes and ensuring regulatory compliance for cross-border investments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate strategies for capital commitments from institutional investors
• Act as primary contact for foreign investor relations




• Lead due diligence coordination with legal and tax teams

Requirements:
• 8-12+ years in capital raising or investment banking
• Proven track record with US$250M+ raises
• Solid relationships with key global investors
• Knowledge of Canadian and international securities regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
