Reporting directly to the Senior Director IM/IT, this managerial role involves developing, implementing, and enhancing IM/IT services in alignment with corporate priorities. You will leverage best practices from industry frameworks like ITIL and NIST to operationalize SCC’s IT vision. Your leadership will drive improvements across the organization by ensuring that all technology services meet the evolving needs of Canadians.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee development and delivery of IM/IT services
• Lead and support the cybersecurity program




• Manage IT professionals to ensure top-notch service
• Provide strategic advice on enterprise architecture
• Conduct performance reviews and set goals for the team

Requirements:
• Secret security clearance
• Bilingual (English and French) required
• 5-10 years in a managerial IT role
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and IM/IT policies
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
