• Coordinate and organize improvement events and AOS training courses

• Support Hoshin Kanri processes and productivity initiatives
• Coach peers on AOS promotion and application

Requirements:
• 6+ years of Lean Manufacturing application experience
• 6+ years in project management roles
• Proven ability to influence site leadership and teams
• Strong communication skills with executives and staff
• Ability to travel 10% for training or projects
