Become a Site Lead with Compass Early Learning and Care, floating between school age programs in Peterborough. Lead passionate teams, engage families, and foster a nurturing environment for children.

In this permanent, full time role, you will collaborate with Early Childhood Educators across 11 school age programs. Focus on safety, program requirements, and engaging in impactful dialogues with families and staff. Responsibilities include daily administrative tasks and supporting the growth of your team members while planning engaging play-based activities for children.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety for children and staff at all times
• Manage billing, enrollments, and child care waitlists
• Act as liaison with HR, Finance, and Operations teams




• Plan play-based learning experiences for children
• Welcome and train new staff, including supply educators

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of Early Childhood Educator experience
• Familiarity with Child Care Early Years Act standards
• Valid G Driver's License with reliable transportation
• Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators
• First Aid and CPR Level C certification
